职位描述:
- In charge of the overall R&D management of Outback China.
负责澳拜客中国研发全面管理工作。
- Develop, design and create new menus and menu for special occasions/promotion/LTO.
开发、设计和创建新菜单以及特殊场合/促销/限时特供产品的菜单。
- Conduct regular menu engineering analysis to determine profitability.
进行菜单设计分析,并判定盈利情况。
- Plan and manage food quantities and plating requirements for the restaurant by setting up SOPs and checking on correct execution.
计划和管理食品定量和需求,设定SOP并检查是否正确执行。
- Conduct and supervise R&D programs, control the project process and adjust when necessary, so as to reach the R&D plan and target.
指导并监督研发项目,控制产品研发进度,并在必要是进行调整,最终实现预期研发计划和目标。
职位要求:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in culinary, F&B, R&D areas, chain F&B and/or FMCG industry is preferred
10年以上餐饮和研发工作经验,连锁餐饮或快消行业尤佳
