职位描述
 1. Daily operation of samples arrived lab from key customers客户样品到达实验室后的日常操作:
-- Check and Confirm samples, ARF and quotation, give all information to LS to login. 核对样品,分析要求表和报价单,确认无误后下单给LS安排测试。
-- Generate Invoice on Lims, send invoice by email if needed. lims中制作Invoice,需要的客户邮件发送invoice。
-- Confirm and inform report due date to customer, if delay, inform customer timely. 确认并告知客户报告期。如有延期的情况,及时通知客户。
--Inform testing results to customer, especially unusual results. 与客户沟通结果事宜,尤其是异常结果。
-- Confirm the billing information and reconciliation with financial Dept. 确认客户开票信息,和财务对账。
-- Apply for issue invoice in advance. 申请预开发票。
-- Prepare summary file for important customer. 重要客户summary资料的制作。
-- Handle other problems after the samples arrived lab, such as urgent service, retest, add test items, cancel test, subcontract, sample return, accreditation check etc. 样品到达实验室后的其他问题,如加急服务,复测,追加项目,取消检测,分包,样品寄回,资质确认等事宜。
2. Maintain the correct customer information on Lims, including generate new customer.
Lims中客户信息的维护,包括创建新客户。
3. Handle the complaints from customer, assist in investigation and feedback to customer timely according to customer level.
处理客户投诉,并协助调查,根据客户级别按时反馈给客户。
4. Handle the simple and normal daily query from old customers.
处理老客户的简单的,常规的日常问询。
5. Keep good relationship with old customer, good at finding new sales opportunity and provide to sales, improve customer satisfaction.
维护与老客户的关系,善于发现新的销售机遇并提供给销售,提高客户满意度。
6. Assist sales in old customer’s company visit.
协助销售接待老客户的来访。
7. Return visit by phone/mail.
电话/邮件回访客户。
8. Assist sales in handling simple customer query during business trip and out of office.
销售外出期间,协助销售处理简单的客户问询。
9. Act as channel among lab, sales and customer.
作为实验室、销售和客户之间沟通的桥梁。
10. Follow the company’s quality system, policy and procedure treatment etc
遵从公司的质量系统、政策和流程处理等所有程序。

任职资格
 Above the junior college, food related major.食品相关专业,大专及以上
English level英语水平: CET4英语4级

Work experience工作经验:
CSR work experience, good at understanding and exploring customers’ needs。 具有客服工作经验,善于了解挖掘客户需求
 
Skills & Abilities技能和素质: Use office software proficiently.熟练使用办公软件

Communication Ability: good at communication, dealing with different situation properly including keep good relation with different departments, customer etc. good personal characteristics to give good first impression and a sense of responsibility to customer. 交际能力:语言表达能力强,对人知道何时、何地、面对何种情况、适合用电话沟通,懂得一定的关系处理,具有一定的人格魅力,第一印象好,能给客户信任感;

Flexibility: smart to handle different situations and emergency, positively take initiative in communication and solve problems properly. Be able to keep self-control (confident, calm and polite) and manage stress (non personal issue) in difficult situations. 应变能力:头脑灵活,现场应变能力强,能够主动掌控话题并恰当解决问题;保持自我控制(自信,冷静和礼貌)和在复杂工作环境下的管理压力(非个人的问题)。
